Dear
XXXXX:
The evaluation of
your garden indicated that the condition has continued to decline
since the warning letter sent previously.
The evaluation noted that the garden overall was in poor
condition, and that AARS roses could not be found in the garden.
Because this
evaluation noted continued decline of the garden even after the
warning letter sent previously, the committee has decided to put the
garden on probation status for one year.
In the meantime, the committee requests a further written
explanation of the problems for its consideration at its next
meeting in July.
